I had Precision Garage Doors come out for regular maintenance. Reece Cramer was exceptional and answered all my questions. He made sure to go over everything with me in a way I understood and explained I didn't need to replace my door / accessories if it's in good condition now and what to look out for in the future for repairs. I appreciate the honesty and no pressure to sell me anything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of the property. I would highly recommend Precision, and specifically Reece, for anyone needing garage door service!

This is a good company to phone for a repair. I had a woman who did my repair very knowledgeable and excellent in customer service relations. She gave a free estimate for my work did not over charge me for anything that was not needed. I dont like people coming to my home causes me anxiety and I never felt uncomfortable at all. I would recommend them to anyone. My garage is like brand new.

I really liked getting an email giving me the name of the technician who would be coming to our house and an estimate of his arrival. Marcus called when he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived Marcus assessed the problem, discussed that everything was covered under our warranty, did all the work quickly and then reviewed everything when he was done. I highly recommend Precision!
